•The halloumi cheese is unique to Cyprus and is produced to reflect all the qualities of the milk produces in Cyprus. It includes only mils, rennet and salt, and is 45 % oil. If stored in the freezer it keeps its fresh taste for up to one year.
•Halloumi can be consumed fresh or aged. A Cypriot breakfast without halloumi is unthinkable. One cannot have enough of the fresh halloumi. Halloumi is the type of cheese that can be cooked in many different ways; with fried eggs or grilled on the barbeque with meat, in pita bread ,or fried in cubes and served in soup, in salads , shredded in stuffed vine leaves, in omelets , or with macaroni or in pastries. It is the main ingredient in many other delicious recipes.
•Akgol halloumi is sold in vacuum packs of 250 gr each.
•You can find Akgol products in Turkey or in Middle Eastern Countried under the following names: Freshco, Meemas , Reem, Dallas , and of course Akgol.

FRESH KASHAR CHEESE

•Fresh kashar cheese is similar to mozzarella cheese. Depending on the season it can contain cow or sheep’s milk, rennet, and salt. We produce fresh kashar cheese in different weights to fulfill different consumption needs.
•Fresh kashar cheese is available in 2kg blocks, 500gr picnic and 500 gr square sizes, packed in Cryovac packaging (which wraps the product but lets through air) or vacuum packs in these sizes.

WHITE CHEESE

•White cheese (feta) is storage of energy and vitamins. Its ingredients are milk, rennet, culture, and salt.
•White cheese is produced using pasteurized milk and culture with authentic methods. It can also be produced without culture in traditional ways again with pasteurized milk.
•Our white cheese is available vacuum packed in 300 gr bags ,or in brine ,in 18 kg tins or plastic containers.

CHEESE WITH HOLES

•This cheese is one of the most famous Cypriot cheeses. It is made with 100 % sheep mild , and is offered for consumption after 3 months of aging.
•Although similar to Swiss cheese it has a unique taste to itself and has high fat content. it is produced in 4 kg wheels and sold as a whole or as sliced vacuum packed.


CREAM

•This cream is made from oily mixture that remains after cheese making. it is run through the separator and this oily cream is collected. It is used in sweets ad in cooking, and also in the main ingredient of butter. We package our cream in 500 gr and 1 kg PVC plastic buckets or 17 kg tins for local consumption, and in specially lined cartons, in 15kg for export.

ANARI (LOR) CHEESE

•Anari or lor (or “Nor” as it is called locally) is made from goat’s milk. There are two kinds, salted and unsalted.
•Salted variety is vacuum packed in 300 gr. Packs; unsalted variety is for quick consumption and is exported in specially lined cartons. It can be used in pastries and sweet making, or directly consumed at breakfast.
