Our production facilities, fully compliant with ISO and HACCP standards, were completed in May 2006 and are located in the Famagusta-Karpaz region, covering an area of 3000 m2. Our factory and central offices in Famagusta employ a total of 45 staff members. Our company has always been committed to maintaining the highest levels of product quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
In our newly completed facilities, our own laboratory has been put into service, where each production batch undergoes quality and hygiene control by taking a sample under the supervision of our company's chemist.
We utilize world-renowned machines such as Jordan Stainless Steel, Kromel, Vestivalia, Dixie Union, Pasteur, Cryovac, and Multivac for production.
With our newly established halloumi production line, our company, which closely follows world technology, makes serious efforts to advance production, hygiene, and quality standards and maintain a contemporary level.
